Draw Maps for ArcGIS is a tool designed to facilitate the annotation of web maps with ease. The application offers users a variety of color pens and pencils to make sketches and annotations directly on the map. It allows the addition of map pins and photos to mark significant locations, enabling users to visualize their notes akin to using a sketchpad on a global scale.
